3. Product Information & Custom Orders
All products are handcrafted; slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects. Custom orders are created based on client-approved designs and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in full before dispatch. We use secure third-party payment gateways.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines vary by product type and custom made. Unfold Opulence is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Cancellation & Return Policy. Any items after confirmation are not eligible for cancellation or Return.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- any indirect or consequential losses
- delays beyond our control
- misuse of the product after delivery
- errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong spelling for customisation)
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
